ABOUT NASH’S ORGANIC PRODUCE:

Nash’s is located in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley in Sequim. The farm is known for its organic produce, especially carrots. Nash’s grows the Nantes variety, which thrives in the cooler climate of the valley and grows well in the alluvial soil. The farm also sells pasture-raised organic chickens. Look for Nash’s Organic Produce at PCC Natural Markets as well as area Seattle farmers markets.

I’ve taken the liberty of reading the spread sheet for some of the cuisine and I cannot wait to sample it when I return from Iraq!!!! I’ve been in the restauraunt business for about 12 years (when not doing the military thing) and I’ve become a connoisseur of foods (and beer) and I have a high appreciation for those who take their job and/or career with dignity and pride as I have. Just reading the spread sheet impresses me imensely and I am anxious to try your cuisine!!
