My Wall Street daughter saw the New York Times article - was planning to visit me in Seattle - and called at an appropriate west coast morning time to tell me to get a reservation when she was here. We usually go the the Herb Farm or Rovers.

She (and I) were blown away by the great food - oh those mini duck burgers - and the EXCELLENT service which we were not expecting after reading the Times review.

Her next visit will be planned around getting a reservation at Tilth. Well done!

I was just reading the march/April addition to the Spirituality & Health magazine and found your restaraunt listed on page 32 as a Certified Organic Restaraunt! I think this is super cool! We are planning on making the 3 hour drive from our side of the mountains to have a taste of your food very soon!

I would add that Full Circle is a Salmon-Safe Farm. Not only is the farm providing healthy local food but is also restoring fish and wildlife habitat and committed to protecting water quality.

After reading Mr. Bruni’s comments about his top 10 restaurants outside of New York, I am convinced that he rearranged the rankings as he published his reviews. Being from the Boston area, it was a pleasure to see a Boston restaurant (O Ya) as no.1. (A New Yorker acknowledges that there is good food in the Boston area?) Nevertheless, his comments about Tilth make me determined to try your food on the next visit to Seattle.

Congradulations on the review. I stopped by the website to see how things are going. Looks like Thailand was a blast. Krista and I are doing well a Wisconsin. We’re expecting a baby at the end of june. glad to here things are doing well at the restaurant.
